NEGATIVITY AND MENTAL HEALTH


Negativity is something that comes to our mind automatically when a negative environment is created around us.  It takes you to a new word of imagination. The person begins to think more and more negative things and the thinking gets worsened. This affects and individual mentally and sometimes leads to depression. If the individual does not get proper support care and guidance many a times he/she commits suicide which treats nothing and just leaves your family behind crying for you. Why suicide? Does it cures the problem? If not then why to commit suicide, better approach the right person around you and they will definitely guide you to come out of your problem. 

A school boy faced the problem of negativity during the pandemic. He was a bright student, had a very jolly and friendly nature. No one could even compare the change in his nature he had due to negativity around him. He did not feel to talk to anyone or do anything, just lying on bed whole time and getting sad day by day. He was unable to study anymore and lost all his confidence in studies. He never had a thought of suicide but he was mentally effected due the situation. Later with blessings of god he met his true friends who always helped him in every situation and always ready to guide him. He started making   a common time table with friends so that he can focus again. They never judged him in any situation. They talked regular and had a good time talking together. He was an emotional kind of a person so affected easily during that period of negative news around him but with right people around him he was able to overcome all those. Gradually he got his nature back and started feeling mentally well.

Many people reading this would be thinking that it was nothing, but the one who faces it and feels it can understand all these things. These kind of things kills the person from inside even if he seems to be fine from outside , so whenever you come across someone like these help them rather than judging them for anything. These people need support not judgement. This negativity, mental health , depression is not a joke and should not be taken lightly and obviously suicide is not a solution. Guide these people to do some activity rather than sitting alone doing nothing , spend time with them and talk to them with positive mind. Helping someone like this feels you make so happy that nothing else will make. So be ready to help someone if someone like this comes across you...
